DOC_REF: AIRA_TOS_2026

EFFECTIVE: IMMEDIATE

1.0 Identity Synchronization (RBAC)

Access to the AIRA ecosystem is governed by strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Institutional accounts (Universities and Recruiters) are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from identity mismanagement is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

By utilizing our services, you agree to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) benchmarks for all administrative seats linked to your institutional purchase.

2.0 Finalized Refund Protocol (48-Hour Threshold)

All financial transactions across the AIRA platform are subject to a high-fidelity refund lifecycle. By completing a payment, you agree to the following operational constraints:

VALID_WINDOW

Refund requests are only eligible for processing within 48 hours of the initial payment completion timestamp.

LOCK_STATE

After the 48-hour threshold, all transactions are final. Assessment slot activation nullifies refund eligibility instantly.

SYSTEM_RESPONSE_CODE: REFUND_THROTTLED_48H

3.0 Technical Compliance & Intellectual Property

Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the AIRA AI Engine or attempting to extract assessment models via injection, spoofing, or automated scraping.

  • [BLOCK] Prohibition of assessment botting or behavioral spoofing.
  • [LOCK] Intellectual property rights of question sets remain with AIRA exclusively.

4.0 Integrated Gateway Protocol

As per the Razorpay Integration Guidelines, any transaction failures or disputes are processed via AIRA's internal reconciliation engine. Users agree to allow AIRA up to 7 business days to resolve financial discrepancies before escalating to external financial bodies. All institutional credits are subject to regional GST/Tax compliance based on the billing origin.

5.0 Liability Limitations

AIRA provides AI-driven recruitment metrics for baseline institutional screening. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or candidate performance post-hire. Institutional users acknowledge that AI predictions are probabilistic and should be reconciled with interview-stage validation.
